I know that this is a little late but its news to me. i just learned that Roy Nelson is the IFL heavyweight champ. I remember hearing you say a while back that lions den fighters were once considered the best and the most feared in the sport of mma and that you were going to bring that back. Well it looks like you are on your way to doing that and i wish you the best of luck in the future.

whats up ken! I have been a huge fan of yours ever since 96' when i saw my first UFC on video. I have read your book "BEYOND THE LIONS DEN" and thought it was great. I am happy to see that you are staying busy with coaching and stuff( I thought the lions were a force to be feared in the IFL) and I am just waiting to see your comeback fight. You da man!

I am looking forward to seeing your fight. i think you and gina are going to be a great match. you should look into fighting in Denver. womens MMA is starting to really pick up steam out here.
